Our home inspection reports come with detailed photos and information about all inspection findings. We also include repair estimates with each item so you will have as much information as possible. We offer home inspections and WDO inspections for Jacksonville, Orange Park, Nassau County, St. Johns County, and the Beaches area. We are available Monday – Saturday to fit with your schedule. Home inspection and WDO reports are always available within 24 hours. Home inspections are $300.00, and WDO reports are $50.00 if performed at the same time as the home inspection. Condo and Town Home inspections are $250.00.

Home inspections include the following:
General Information. Information listing the age of the home, permit information, age of air conditioning system, water heater, and other equipment.
Grounds. This section pertains to the yard, fencing, driveways, sidewalks, decks & patios, stairs & railings, and trees or landscaping that may cause damage to the home.
Exterior and Foundation. This section gives information about the building structure, wall covering / siding, foundation, and preventive maintenance.
Crawlspace (If applicable). Inspection of the home support system, framing, plumbing, electrical, and wood destroying organisms.
Roof. Inspection of roofing and roof life, shingles and flashings, skylights, vents, and general maintenance information.
Attic and Roof Structure. This section includes attic insulation, inspecting the roof decking for leaks, vents, electrical, trusses and roof framing, and air conditioning ducts.
Garage. Inspect garage interior, floor, garage vehicle door and operation, and garage to house door.
Electric. Electrical inspections include panel box, wiring, lighting, switches, and outlets.
Plumbing. Plumbing inspections include water supply lines, drains, kitchens, bathrooms, hose bibs, water damage, and preventive maintenance.
Water Heater. Inspect for proper installation, rust for casing, temperature pressure relief valve, water shutoff, and age of water heater.
Heating and Air Conditioning. Inspect air handlers, condenser units, vents, ducts, and controls. Includes age of equipment and maintenance advice.
Fireplaces and Chimneys. Inspection of firebox, safety, vents, flues, chimney flashing, siding, and chimney cap.
Kitchen. We inspect plumbing, garbage disposal, sinks, cabinets, and appliances.
Bathrooms and laundry room. Bathroom inspections include showers, tubs, sinks, toilets, tile, and related plumbing. Laundry room inspections include inspecting the plumbing and vents for washers and dryers and electrical outlets for laundry equipment.
Building interior, doors, and windows. Inspections include flooring, walls and ceilings, interior and exterior doors, windows, and any miscellaneous items.
Wood destroying organism findings. This part of the inspection is to identify any evidence of current wood rot, fungi, ants, insects, termites, and bees or wasps.
